• Toyxpress ships within India only and uses reputable courier companies. We have tie -up with Bluedart and Shiprocket (Aggregator) and mostly use Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Other Couriers. For locations not serviced by regular couriers we use India Post/Speed Post. 
• For delicate items such as collectibles we majorly ship with Bluedart 
• All orders received upto 12:00 noon are shipped the same day in most cases and rest are shipped the next working day. No shipping is done on Sunday. 
• All our outward shipments are insured from our office till it is delivered to you.
• You can reach us at toys@jaishreeexports.com or 0124-4005486 from 10 AM – 6:00 PM Monday to Saturday in case of any query.
• You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. The order is dispatched by the next working day. 
• For New Delhi & Gurgaon we try to fulfill/deliver the orders ourselves.
• The average shipping time to most parts of India is 3-5 days. While we use reputable couriers to deliver your order, there may be shipping delayed due to natural disasters, strikes, national holidays or unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events due to which the courier may get delayed. Toyxpress cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to events beyond our control.

• New Delhi/Gurgaon – Free shipping unless indicated 
• Other locations across India we have a nominal shipping charge
• Express delivery charges if applicable will be as per actuals
